How to create a profile as a new user?
Once a new user has been added, they will need to create their user profile by following the instructions they have received via email from Criteo.
To create a profile:
Open the Invitation Email and click the Create user account button.
Subject: "You have been invited to join [Account Name]"
From:
advertising@criteo.com
Fill out the Registration Form by entering your First Name and Last Name, and create a secure password that meets Criteo’s requirements.
Once all fields are complete, click Create and verify account.
Now, you must enable the double authentication system to secure your account. Click on the Send verification email button to receive the security code in your mailbox.
Multi-Factor Authentication Setup
To enable Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA):
Click Send verification email.
Check your inbox for an email from
noreply@criteo.comSubject: "Connect safely to your account".
Copy the 6-digit security code (no spaces).
Confirm the Security Code.
Paste the code in the field provided.
Click Confirm.
You are now logged in, and you should be able to view your account!
