Getting Started with Commerce Max
You can use this guide to get started with Commerce Max and launch your first Auction campaign.
1. Contact your Criteo Representative to set up your account.
2. Log in to Commerce Max at retailmedia.criteo.com.
3. Decide on the best way to organize your campaign. When you are ready, click + Campaign and complete the required fields to create a campaign.
Note the following when creating your campaign:
4. Next, add line items to your campaign so you can serve ads. Click the name of the campaign to access the Line Items page, and then click + Line Item.
5. Double-check the following steps before activating your line items:
Ensure that your campaign budget and line item pacing are correct.
Make sure that your IO balance is associated to the correct campaign on the Billing > Balances page of your account.
Ensure that your attribution settings are set up according to your desired window. You can also change these settings after the line item is active.
Make sure that your campaign status is Active.
Verify that the line item’s Off/On toggle is On. On your selected start date, the line item will automatically switch to an Active status and begin serving ads.
After you complete these steps, your line items should begin spending. Criteo does not require any minimum spend to get started on Commerce Max. Campaigns and line items can be set at any amount you desire, and can be paused at any time.
