How to join multiple accounts?

If you already have a user profile, there's no need to create a new one - you can simply join other accounts using your existing credentials. This allows a single user profile to be linked to multiple Retail Media accounts.

To join a new account, an admin from that account must send you an invitation. They can do this by following the steps outlined in the Add a New User article.

If you are already an existing user, you can join any other account directly without creating a new user profile, which means one user can be part of multiple accounts.

To join a new account, the admin of that account should send you an invitation to join by following the steps here Add a New User.

To accept the invitation:

  1. Open the Invitation Email.

    • Subject: "You have been invited to join [Account Name]"

    • From: advertising@criteo.com

    • Click the Join account button.

  2. Log in to your account.

    • If not already logged in, you will be asked to log in.

    • Use the same email address where you received the invitation.

    • Enter your password.

  3. Access the New Account.

    • After logging in, the new account will be added to your portfolio.

    • You can choose the accounts you want to access from your dashboard.
