🚀 Get deeper insights into line item statuses directly within the Commerce Max Offsite User Interface

What is it?

This feature update enhances transparency in Commerce Max Offsite campaigns by providing deeper insights into line item statuses directly within the Commerce Max Offsite UI.

We are now breaking down line item statuses into detailed insights for Budget hit (relating to delivery caps and budget delivery), No funds (pertaining to lack of a campaign balance), and newly introducing a Pending status (arising from audience aggregation or budget hits due to unknown reasons). Status column are reflected as:

Budget Hit:

Delivery cap: Unusual increase in spend detected in account and line item is paused. You are advised to get in touch with Criteo’s support team.

Budget delivery hit: Ad set has exceeded daily spend limit and will resume the following day.

No funds:

Campaign balance: Advertiser has not linked an active balance to the campaign.

(NEW!) Pending:

Audience aggregation: The audience used for the line item is still being accumulated.

Unknown reason: Ad set is not delivering for an unknown reason. The advertiser is advised to get in touch with Criteo’s support team.

Why?

This feature improves operational efficiencies by enabling you to independently investigate and understand the granular reasons behind why certain line items are not spending.

Where to find it?

To access the statuses:

Go to Campaigns > Line items page > Status column

There will now be tooltips with detailed reasons behind line item statuses for budget hit, no funds, and pending, with actionable steps that you can take.
